01 / Who is responsible

Letrelius Letrel is operated by J.N. in Canada. J.N. is responsible for the personal information processed for this website and is the controller where that term applies under data protection law.

For privacy questions or requests, email letreliusletrel@gmail.com. This notice covers letrelius.xyz, including its www address. It does not cover the separate social platforms linked from the site.

02 / Information handled

When you browse

Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives technical request information, which may include your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser or device information, requested address, request time, response status and diagnostic or security information. This information is used to deliver the page and media, operate the service, investigate faults and protect against abuse.

The application does not create visitor profiles, run audience analytics, collect wallet details or offer uploads, accounts, purchases or mailing-list sign-ups. Our Neon database stores public editorial content, such as gallery entries and site text. The application does not send visitor identifiers to Neon or store visitor records there.

When you contact us

We receive the contact details and message you choose to send, including any attachments. We use these to respond, handle privacy or rights requests, investigate reported problems and keep an appropriate record of the issue. Please do not send passwords, wallet recovery phrases or information that is unnecessary for your request. The email or social service you use also processes your message under its own terms.

03 / Purposes and legal grounds

We use information for website delivery, security, troubleshooting, responding to enquiries and meeting applicable legal obligations. Under applicable Canadian privacy law, we seek consent where required, including an appropriate form of consent for the purpose and sensitivity of the information, or rely on a lawful exception. You may contact us about withdrawing consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Where UK GDPR applies, our ordinary basis for necessary operational processing is our legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure website and responding to people who contact us, balanced against their rights. Processing required by law relies on the relevant legal obligation.

We do not use this website to build advertising audiences, sell visitor profiles or make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on visitors. Visiting the site is not treated as consent to unrelated marketing.

04 / Providers and external links

Vercel supplies hosting, content delivery and server execution. Neon supplies the database for public site content. Providers may process service and security information in their own roles as described in their notices. We may disclose relevant information where necessary to comply with law, handle a legal claim or protect people and the service.

Fonts, gallery images and videos are served from this website. We use ordinary links to social profiles instead of loading social feeds or embedded players. Selecting a social or external token link takes you to a separate service, whose privacy and cookie practices apply there. No wallet software or token-trading interface is loaded by this website.

05 / International processing

Our providers operate international infrastructure, including in the United States, so processing may occur outside your country. Their published data processing terms describe their contractual arrangements and transfer safeguards. The links above provide those documents; they are not a promise that all information stays in one country. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your request.

06 / How long information is kept

Retention depends on why information is needed, the service handling it, security investigations and applicable legal requirements. Vercel applies its platform and plan-specific retention to operational logs. The time a log is visible in a dashboard is not necessarily the retention period for every provider security record.

We do not maintain a separate visitor database. Correspondence is kept for the time reasonably needed to resolve the enquiry and retain any necessary record of a rights request, security incident, dispute or legal obligation. We review whether it remains needed rather than keeping it for unrelated marketing. Contact us if you need information about retention for a particular request.

07 / Your rights and choices

Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive portable information, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. These rights have legal limits; withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email letreliusletrel@gmail.com with the nature of your request. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity or locate the relevant record. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law.

You may also complain to the privacy authority where you live or where the issue arises. For Canadian matters, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial authority. Where UK data protection law applies, you may contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. You can contact an authority without first contacting us.

08 / Security and children

We use measures intended to limit access to site systems and protect information, including encrypted connections and server-side database access. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. To report a suspected vulnerability, email the contact below with the affected address and a description. Do not include credentials or other people’s personal information, and do not attempt to access or disrupt data or services.

The website does not ask children to submit information and has no child registration or profiling features. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that needs attention, please contact us.

09 / Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the site’s data practices change. Any future feature that requires a choice or permission will be assessed before it is enabled. The cookies and storage notice explains the current browser-storage setup.
