How to create an AI character: start with one clear idea
THE QUICK ANSWER
How do you start creating an AI character?
Start with a short identity brief: who the character is, what makes them recognisable and what they do on screen. Choose one approved reference image before making a series of images or videos. A small, consistent idea is easier to develop than a different character in every post.
Give the character one sentence
An AI character is a recurring fictional identity that you develop with creative tools. Before choosing an image generator, decide what someone should remember about the character. A job, a habit and a small contradiction are enough for a first draft. You are designing someone viewers can recognise again, not filling in an entire biography.
For an original example, imagine Mara: a bicycle courier who treats every sandwich delivery like a secret mission. That sentence suggests a setting, a costume and a tone. It also gives you several scenes without changing who Mara is. Your own character can be funny, serious or somewhere between the two.
Choose three details to keep
Pick a few visible details you will check in every image: perhaps a cropped jacket, round glasses and a yellow delivery bag. Record hair, clothing and proportions in plain language. More adjectives are not automatically more useful; a short description that you reuse is easier to compare with the output.
Separate identity from the scene. The character can move from a street to a café while keeping the same face and clothes. If you change the outfit, hairstyle, lighting and camera angle together, it becomes difficult to tell which change caused the character to drift.
Name: Mara. Role: fictional bicycle courier. Personality: dramatic about ordinary errands. Keep: round glasses, cropped navy jacket, yellow delivery bag. First scene: waiting outside a café with a very important sandwich.
Approve one image before making ten
Use a clear portrait or full-body reference that you created or have permission to use. Check the face, hands and signature details at a useful viewing size. Keep an approved version in a folder so you can compare future results with the same starting point.
At LLC, Letrelius and Miss Letrel have distinct roles in the fictional family: he raps, acts and programs; she acts and dances. That distinction is an example of a repeatable creative premise. You do not need to copy their personalities to use the same planning principle.

Common questions
Do I need an NFT to create an AI character?
No. You can write, design and develop a character without a wallet or NFT. LLC’s character collectible is a separate optional step.
Is an AI character the same as an AI influencer?
An AI influencer is one possible use of a fictional character: a recurring persona that publishes social content. A character can also belong to a story, game or video series.
